Jill Bruyere is one of the leading health and wellness experts in the area. She is a certified health professional by the American College of Sports Medicine. Jill holds a BS in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Sports Leadership from the University of Washington.
Jill has been training and teaching bootcamp fitness at the Washington Athletic Club for the past 10 years. She also trains and leads her own bootcamp business in West Seattle.
